Zoltan Hardi – Phoenix, AZ
Zoltan Hardi is the definition of a workaholic—up late at night, awake early in the morning, and always immersed in something meaningful. Raised in a family of medical doctors, he witnessed firsthand what true dedication and service look like. Watching his family work long hours to care for others, he developed a deep appreciation for lifelong learning, integrity, and clear, honest communication.
At just 22, Zoltan began his career in the nonprofit sector with the Institute on Religion and Public Policy in Washington, D.C., where he helped organize with a small team a global conference that brought together members of nearly every national parliament in the world. After earning his Master’s degree in Germany, he went on to build an international business career spanning Wisconsin, Washington D.C., Hungary, Germany, and Spain, gaining a global perspective and sharpening his entrepreneurial spirit. He is fluent in German, Spanish, and Hungarian.
In early 2020, just before the pandemic, Zoltan founded Good Payments—this time with a more focused mission: not to save the world, but to support small business owners with ethical, transparent, and hassle-free payment processing. In true entrepreneurial fashion, he signed a few of his first merchant accounts while sitting in a Walmart, using Sprite can boxes as a makeshift desk—at a time when coffee shops and offices were still closed. That scrappy start reflects the hustle and heart he brings to every client relationship.
Today, Zoltan is actively leading growth initiatives, mentoring agents and referral partners, and staying committed to his vision: that business owners deserve real support, no hidden fees, no surprise rate hikes, and a partner they can truly trust.
When he’s not building the business, Zoltan enjoys international travel, learning new languages, taking on new challenges, and attending real estate conferences—just for the fun of it.
